By accessing viaive.com you agree to use the site, correspondence forms, and any editorial content for lawful purposes only. You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the correspondence intake.
Advisory and booking role
Viaive provides private travel advisory and booking support as a travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel Inc. Viaive acts as an independent advisor — not as a hotel, villa operator, cruise line, airline, experience provider, or insurer. Final availability, pricing, cancellation terms, and supplier policies are governed solely by the relevant supplier and are confirmed directly with you during the placement process. Viaive makes no guarantee of availability or rate at the time of any public editorial reference.
Fora affiliation
Viaive operates under the Fora advisor framework. Fora is a licensed travel agency. Bookings arranged through Viaive are processed under Fora's agency agreements with supplier partners. Viaive is an independent contractor of Fora, not an employee or direct agent. Fora's own terms of service govern the agency relationship.
Correspondence and private briefs
Initiating correspondence does not constitute a binding booking, reservation, or contract. It opens a private advisory conversation. No travel arrangement is confirmed until Viaive has provided a written confirmation referencing a specific supplier booking reference.
Intellectual property
All editorial copy, design, photography (unless attributed to a third party), structural layouts, and brand materials on this site belong to Viaive or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission from Viaive. The "Viaive" name and mark are proprietary.
Partner links and third-party sites
Links from this site may route to partner, supplier, affiliate, or third-party booking websites. Some links may use Viaive server-side redirects or tracking parameters so clicks and commissions can be attributed. Viaive is not responsible for the content, data practices, availability, pricing, cancellation terms, or accuracy of third-party sites. Some booking-related actions may also route through private correspondence when advisor placement is the stronger path.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viaive and its affiliates (including Fora Travel Inc.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, any travel arrangement, or any supplier's failure to perform. Viaive's maximum direct liability for any claim is limited to the advisory fees actually paid to Viaive in connection with the arrangement giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Viaive does not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah, United States.
Changes to terms
Viaive may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
