Reviewed
An independent, dated review exists — service, room category, and location fit can be spoken to with evidence, not just brand messaging.
Bookable with caution
The property has cleared reservation status and basic service verification, but VIAIVE still names a specific caveat — construction noise, incomplete amenities, or limited dining — before recommending it outright.
Wait
Evidence is insufficient or the risk is too high for the trip in question. VIAIVE names a current alternative rather than leaving the traveler without a next step.
